Ø Eat in moderation, too much of a good herbal food is just as bad

Ø Know what you eat, read food labels

Ø Did you know the recommended daily salt intake is half a teaspoon?

Ø Do not forget, even the best of foods, when taken in excess of what the body needs is converted into fat and stored in the body as the additional calories.

Exercise regularly

Ø A muscular body gives a great look and confidence.

Ø Regular exercise increases physical and mental energy.

• Adopt the kind of physical activities you enjoy

Ø find time to exercise, but do not replace healthy eating habits with exercise

Ø Do not invent more excuses why you can not exercise

Ø Walk, everyone walks, walk the trails, up the hill, keep moving
